companies in proximity to its office in Ulsan.
These services are usually managed on a service level agreement
(SLA) basis and include desktop support, server and system
administration, network and connectivity management, application
management, security services, hardware procurement etc.
UIT¡¯s Engineers have a number of competencies across Microsoft
and IBM technologies and the company invests significantly
in developing new skills on these technologies on an ongoing
basis. Furthermore, UIT has strong relationships with a number
of specialized sub-contractors and companies that can provide
skills that are not in our core team.
Our management of SLA¡¯s follows a formal approach utilising
the same call management system that it used to provide software
and product support.
